We do NOT use Signity cut CZ's or regular machine cut cz's that you can order anywhere. We have our CZ core stones hand cut by Diamond cutters. Our cut patterns arrive from our specifications. We have natural ideal cut diamonds in all shapes analyzed by GIA FacetScan Optical Scanner, then we make the modifications necessary to make the cz look just like a natural diamond. Below is an actual photo of a scan report. This is a report we had done on a natural diamond. We then modify the percentages to make the CZ refract the lite like a natural diamond does. Please read the process information below.

First step:
We have our CZ rough cut to our specifications as stated above. The cut is the most important part of any gemstone. Our cut is custom, and only available from Diamalite. Its NOT over the counter CZ.
Second Step:
Is our 20X power magnification inspection of the cut. Stones that are not cut to exact specifications are discarded. All our facet angles are crisp and sharp. We also have polished girdles on all our cuts. You can be assured that your stone has an Ideal cut.
Third Step:
We send the stones to a Azotic. They coat the entire stone with DLC amorphous diamond like carbon for optical enhancement, making the CZ totally encased with Diamond like carbon. This coating will make the final product look and act just like a natural diamond in any kind of lighting situation. The coating will increase the outer surface hardness and make it more scratch resistant, but does not change the internal hardness of the CZ core. Anyone advertising that there hybrid cz hardness is that of a natural diamond is not telling the truth. The amorphous DLC coating would have to be so thick that the cz would be black. And even then, it will still scratch. Plain CZ is approx 8.5 on the hardness scale. The surface hardness of the amorphous coated cz is approx. 9, about the hardness of a sapphire at best.
