RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10-day inspection period on all loose gemstones. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your surface enhanced Simulated Diamond , simply return it along with all the paperwork for a 100% purchase price refund. We do NOT refund any shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all items by USPS Priority Mail. Our normal shipping rate is $9.00 shipping on all loose stones
and includes insurance. Overnight is available upon request.call us at: 770-632-2700 to obtain a RA#. Package your item(s) and mail them back to us registered and insured.
Make sure to put your RA# on the outside of the package under our address. No returns will be accepted without
a RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.

International orders are shipped US Global Priority mail with insurance for $50.00
