RETURN POLICY

We offer a 15-day inspection period on all loose gemstones. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Diamalite Simulated Diamond , simply return it along with all the paperwork for a 100% purchase price refund. We do NOT refund any shipping charges.

We offer a 30-day return period on our in stock 14k earrings, and solitaire rings. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ring or earrings, simply return them along with all the paperwork for a 80% purchase price refund. We have a 20% restocking fee on all our in stock jewelry items returned. This covers labor on stone setting and sizing. We do NOT refund any shipping charges.

All other jewelry, special orders, and custom designed jewelry is non refundable, and non returnable. All sales are final. This also includes 18k, and Platinum as they are special orders.

Steps for sending loose stone returns:
Email us at: sales@labdiamond.com or call us at: 404-724-9900 to obtain a RA#. Package your item(s) and mail them back to us registered and insured.
Make sure to put your RA# on the outside of the package under our address. No returns will be accepted without
a RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refunds are made on Mondays only.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all items by USPS Priority Mail. Our normal shipping rate is $9.00 shipping on all loose stones.
Our shipping terms for mounted jewelry is Fedex 2nd day air for $18.00-$25.00 and includes insurance. Overnight is available upon request.
International orders are shipped US Global Priority mail or Fed Ex Priority International. All loose stones are shipped next day, and all jewelry is shipped within
3 to 7 days. Special orders, out of stock orders, and Custom orders are usually shipped within 10 Business Days.
